  3 weeks into my invisalign clear braces and people don't even realise I have them until I mention it! I have nothing but great things to say about this practice, everyone is always so friendly, explains things well and make you feel completely at ease. Thank you!!

  Avoid at all costs. The staff were super nice to me when I needed a root canal treatment and had a £600+ bill. They also kept pushing random cosmetic treatments on me for sale. As soon as I just needed a check up their attitudes changed. They were so rude to me, even snapping at me to pick up my phone when I was driving!!! When I explained to them that it is illegal to talk on your mobile when driving the woman at reception was so nasty to me, snapping angrily at me and saying vile things. It was horrendous. I have now changed my practice, thank God. Avoid.

  I would like to note that I my experience at Longwell Green has been wholely positive. The staff are welcoming, the dental work has been excellent, and ongoing support very helpful. Specifically, having had a brace fitted with the team - a staggered and novel process for me - the care and ongoing advice given by Dan and Sophie has been highly valued. I could only recommend this surgery to other potential customers.
